Scheduled Reports

Mott MacDonald currently provides a suite of scheduled reports to meet a particular user's or organisation's needs. These reports are delivered via e-mail on a Daily, Weekly and Monthly basis. The majority of the current reports are targeted at users who are interested in Telephone Call Log data (KPI performance reports, Telephone Usage reports per RCC) and Fault Log Analysis data.

Samples, subscription and enquiries for a tailored report can be requested via the helpdesk. If you email the helpdesk your request, please fill in the questionnaire.
