Helpdesk. There are several reports available for viewing, some months may not contain all the available report types for viewing:
- Monthly Usage
- Monthly Faults
- Implementation Reasons Detailed
- System Availability
- Telephones
- Fault Monitor
This report provides a summary of logging activity for each RCC. It has two main sections:
- Operational Information containing a summary of start-ups, settings and telephone call activity.
- Maintenance Information containing a summary of equipment faults, telephone faults and a measure of subsystem availability.
This report is produced on a RCC basis, and shows a day-by-day breakdown of faults for the main subsystems - Message Signs, Signals, Telephones, Responders, Transponders and MIDAS. A category of "Other" takes care of the rest. There are two additional reports - Top 5 Faults and Faults > 2 days. The Top 5 Faults report provides details (for each of the main subsystems) of the 5 devices in each subsystem which have generated the most faults. The Faults > 2 Days report provides details on devices with 10 or more faults with a duration of at least 48 hours.
This report shows a breakdown of signal and message sign settings by Implementation Reason. Produced on a RCC basis, it shows a breakdown of signal and message sign settings by motorway / road. It provides a graph which shows the Manual Signal Settings by Shift Pattern for the overall reporting month.
This report is produced on a RCC basis and gives a measure of system availability for the main subsystems - Message Signs, Signals, Telephones, Responders, Transponders and MIDAS. The availability figure is represented as a percentage figure and in simple terms is the amount of "faulty time" as a percentage of "available time".
This report is produced on a RCC basis and provides information on average time to answer, a breakdown of calls per day for Accepted (Connected) and Accepted (Not Connected) call types, and a telephone call answer times by shift pattern section.
This report is produced on a RCC basis and provides information on the number of uncleared equipment faults with duration of 2 hours or more through the month taken at 5 minute intervals. All faults are included regardless if they are service affecting or not.
