Customised Reports

Mott MacDonald can assist users in the development of new special purpose reports to meet a particular user's or organisation's needs.These reports can be delivered via e-mail, on CD/DVD or via the Halogen FTP Server.

If you require a customised report, contact the Helpdesk. The support team shall then get in touch to discuss your needs and agree a timescale for delivery of the report. Where possible we aim to deliver within a few days of your enquiry.

Alternatively, you can download one of the following checklists, complete the requested information, and email it to the helpdesk. Simple Report Checklist Simple reports are requests for HALOGEN data which requires little manipulation or analysis - e.g. faults, signal/sign settings, telephone call records etc. MM will provide this information within 3 days. Complex Report Checklist Typically, a complex report will involve more in depth analysis of the HALOGEN data. This could also include a request for a new automated, regular report. We aim to provide this information within a week, however it depends on the complexity of the request. Automated reports will take a few weeks to agree and implement. Court Data Report Checklist Should you have a requirement for data which is to be used in a court of law, then you should complete this checklist. Unless you are a representative of the CPS or the Police, then your request will be subject to approval by the Highways Agency.
