March 2010 - Roadside Faults Display Updates

The Roadside Faults Display has been updated to incorporate a number of fixes and improvements requested by users.

• The search facility Equipment Type drop-down list now includes CCTV equipment types such as CAM and CTV.
• All timestamps displayed by RFD now explicitly identify whether the time is BST or GMT.
• FireFox now correctly handles the Significant Faults drop-down lists when changing between marker-post and junction options.
• The issue with the Fault History button which occasionally returned a message saying that the request could not be actioned, has been fixed.
• The search facility now allows for the searching for faults where the FaultID is greater than 32768

January 2010 - New Release of Halogen Browser generally available

The Halogen Browser has been updated. The new version provides users with performance and usability enhancements, in addition to improved reliability through many bug fixes.
Users will benefit from faster load times, clearer ways to request assistance, and improved diagnostics for network issues. Around 25 items have been addressed, including list ordering, improved visual display of icons, improved fault handling and reporting, and better updates of display information. To get the latest version (V5.1.8), log in to your Halogen account, and retrieve from the downloads area. Alternatively contact your local IT support team to assist.
